Everyone wants to complete their project, enlarge a quilt that the child outgrew before it was finished, or simply know how to make a table runner. Learn to create a simple Bargello Row and attach it to embroidered rows, pieced rows, or even wide sashing using three different “Quilt as You Go” methods. These techniques will offer huge benefits when your quilts need to be enlarged with borders after they have been quilted or even used. We will unlock the mysteries of “Quilt as You Go” so that you feel comfortable working on your home sewing machine to make elaborate king size quilts. Learn to finish your own quilts. Beautiful machine bias binding will also be a highlight of the class. Start from scratch, bring rows in progress to discuss, or make two individual Nuttall’s rows at home and add the simple Bargello Row that you make in class.

All BERNINA embroidery machines in the class will make a 20” section (minimum). Learn how to use the BERNINA Cutwork, Paint and Rhinestone tools if you own them.
