Bring your own knit pattern, any style, and our experienced teacher will help you complete the project of your choice.
Complete an apparel project using a variety of knit fabrics. Each class will feature a different garment project that can be completed for either children or adults. Learn how to adjust, alter, and fit patterns to your unique shape. You will also become familiar with various types of knit fabrics, what their uses are, and how to recognize and use them appropriately in your projects.
Skill Level- Beginner
Techniques - Reading and preparing a pattern, fitting, altering and adjusting, seaming knits, hemming. May learn techniques such as neck binding, installing bands, working with zippers, various styles of pocket installation and more.
