QUILTING: Vintage Rose
In 2017, Quiltworx.com released it's fourth “Technique of the Month” pattern, Vintage Rose. This pattern can only be obtained through a Quiltworx Certified Shop or Certified Instructor. Vintage Rose is a quilt that brings together a wide range of techniques for Foundation Paper Piecing, leaving students with the ability to move onto many other Judy Niemeyer patterns once they have completed this design. This class consists of a series of 7 3-hour sessions, the first is an orientation and will guide you in the pattern organization and planning of fabric and color choices for your masterpiece.
The Vintage Rose includes many of Judy’s techniques for paper piecing including cutting, stacking, chain piecing, and some newer techniques to Quiltworx, including curved paper-piecing and curved piecing for the final assembly of the long S-Curves.
