QUILTING: Reverse Applique Quilt

Learn how to use a peek-a-boo technique to reveal the underlying second layer of fabric known as 'reverse applique'. Instead of cutting shapes and then stitching on top of a layer of fabric, this technique uses two layers of top fabric, free-motion quilting, and cutouts to reveal a unique and eye-catching design.
